Terms of Conditions for Commissions:
I require half of the payment of the commission up front. This is for my own safety to insure I am paid.
I currently take Paypal ONLY via invoices I will send to you.
It will take me up to roughly 2 weeks to finish a commission upon the first half of payment.
I have many current medical issues, so if there is any delay to this deadline I will inform and offer back your money if you do not wish to wait.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable with.
